Ambassador of Mentoring
The Ambassador of Mentoring (AM) is tasked with leading a program development initiative and will spearhead a program initiative that integrates best practices in mentoring, youth development, cultural literacy and regional fit.(AmeriCorps)
AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise Fellow/Jobs & Careers Fellow
The Fellow project will focus on integrating the Jobs & Careers Initiative into the Railroad Street Apprenticeship Program to strengthen the impact of each. He/she will continue to provide the ongoing services of the Jobs & Career Initiative by working with young people who visit the Drop-In Center on an as-needed basis to assess their specific needs around work-readiness and job placement and to explore opportunities for personal growth including higher education and training.
Communications Coordinator
The Communications Coordinator is a story teller who will capture the success stories of our constituents and communicate the impact and needs of the organization to external stakeholders with compelling and consistent messaging. The Communications Coordinator will conduct media outreach, manage social media and website updates, produce and draft high quality communications materials, organize outreach to key audiences, coordinate fundraising events and assist the Executive Director in fundraising and development.
